Payment and security

Payment is completed on NexaPay's hosted checkout. Armadillo does not ask for, receive, or store card numbers, card security codes, wallet keys, seed phrases, or other payment credentials.

To create the hosted checkout, Armadillo sends NexaPay the customer's email address, order reference, product names, lot references, quantities, prices, currency, and total. An order is treated as paid only after Armadillo verifies NexaPay's signed payment notification. A browser returning from checkout does not, by itself, confirm payment.

Privacy and retention

Armadillo retains the contact and shipping information supplied during checkout, order contents, research-use acknowledgement, payment status, fulfillment status, and operational history so the order can be fulfilled and supported. Support inquiries retain the submitted name, email address, inquiry category, message, status, and timestamps.

The storefront stores the shopping cart and research-access acknowledgement in the customer's browser. Armadillo does not currently create customer accounts, use advertising analytics, or load third-party tracking resources in storefront pages. Order, support, and audit records have no automatic deletion date under the current retention policy.

Shipping and order changes

Paid orders are reviewed before packing. When tracking information is available, it is associated with the order by the operations team. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact support promptly about an address correction, cancellation, damaged shipment, return, or refund request. Changes cannot be guaranteed after payment or fulfillment begins. Do not return a product without written authorization from Armadillo.

Research-use requirements

Customers must be at least 21 years old and authorized to purchase for legitimate lab-animal or in-vitro research. Products are not for human consumption or for clinical or veterinary use. The customer confirms these requirements before entering the storefront and again during checkout.
